Your privacy matters
Effective date: March 5, 2026
Adfluence ("Adfluence," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Adfluence platform and related websites and services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you access or use the Services, and the choices available to you. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.
1. Information we collect
We collect information that you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Services, and information from third parties when you connect integrations or authenticate accounts.
Personal and account information. This may include your name, email address, company name, job title, billing address, payment method details (processed by our payment processors), telephone number, and credentials you use to sign in. If you correspond with us, we retain those communications and related metadata.
Usage and log data. We collect information about how you interact with the Services, including pages viewed, features used, campaign and workspace activity, timestamps, referring and exit pages, approximate location derived from IP address, and diagnostic data such as error reports and performance metrics.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and measure the effectiveness of communications. You can control many cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may limit functionality.
Device and technical information. We may collect browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers where permitted, screen resolution, language settings, and network information needed to deliver and secure the Services.
Content you submit. You may upload or generate marketing assets, briefs, audience definitions, brand guidelines, and other materials. We process this content to provide the Services you request.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including account administration, authentication, and customer support.
- To process transactions, send transactional notices, and manage subscriptions and billing in accordance with your plan.
- To improve and develop the platform, including training and tuning models where permitted by our agreements and applicable law, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
- To communicate with you about product updates, security alerts, and administrative messages; where permitted, we may also send marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time.
- To perform analytics on usage patterns, measure feature adoption, and understand how the Services perform across devices and regions.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms and policies.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect the rights, safety, and property of Adfluence, our users, and others.
3. Information sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. We engage vendors to perform functions such as hosting, infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, customer support tooling, and security monitoring. These providers process information only as instructed and under contractual obligations consistent with this policy.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or integrity.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to commitments consistent with this policy or notice to you where required.
- With your direction. We may share information when you integrate third-party services, invite collaborators to a workspace, or otherwise instruct us to share data.
4. Data security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit using industry-standard protocols, encryption for certain data at rest, role-based access controls, least-privilege principles for internal systems, and logging of administrative actions where appropriate.
We conduct periodic reviews of our security practices and work with qualified assessors where applicable. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for several categories of purposes:
- Essential cookies required for authentication, load balancing, security, and core functionality of the Services.
- Analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage, diagnose issues, and improve performance.
- Preference cookies to remember settings such as language, theme, and certain UI choices.
When you first visit our website, we present a cookie consent banner that allows you to accept all cookies, reject optional cookies, or customize your preferences by category. Your choices are stored locally and in a first-party cookie so they persist across sessions. You can change your cookie preferences at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the site footer, or through your browser or device settings. Non-essential cookies are not loaded until you provide affirmative consent. Some features may not function correctly if you block essential cookies.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:
- Access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion of your information, subject to legal and contractual exceptions.
- Portability of certain information in a structured, machine-readable format where technically feasible.
- Opt-out of certain processing, including marketing emails (via unsubscribe links) and, where applicable, non-essential cookies or targeted advertising as required by law.
- Objection or restriction of processing in specific circumstances under applicable privacy laws.
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority where applicable.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When you maintain an active account, we typically retain account and usage data associated with that account.
Upon account closure or upon a verified request where deletion is required, we delete or anonymize personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is necessary to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with law, or protect legitimate interests. Backup systems may retain residual copies for a limited period before automatic overwrite.
8. International data transfers
Adfluence may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. If we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom to countries that have not received an adequacy decision, we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or UK International Data Transfer Addendum, supplemented by technical and organizational measures as needed.
You may request a copy of the relevant transfer mechanisms by contacting us at the address below.
9. Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to individuals under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it promptly.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or the Services. When we make material changes, we will provide notice by email to the address associated with your account and, where appropriate, through a prominent notice within the Services, at least thirty (30) days before the effective date of the change, unless a shorter period is required by law or necessary to address an immediate risk.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, except where your explicit consent is required under applicable law.
