Close your account

The storefront goes offline. Buyers retain access to completed purchases. Your payment account is unchanged.

Settings → export sales, products, buyers. Then Settings → Account → close.

The public store goes offline. Customers who already purchased keep access. Email support@adfluence.ai if you need remaining personal data erased.

Email support@adfluence.ai. Include your store handle. For a missing purchase, include the order reference from the receipt.
