Terms of service
Adfluence is software for selling. We are not a payment processor, not a merchant of record, and we never hold a creator's money.
1. These terms
These terms are a contract between you and Mango Connect Marketing Management LLC (“we”, “us”), trading as Adfluence. They cover the studio and marketing site at adfluence.ai and creator stores at adfl.to, including adfl.to/yourhandle. Together those sites are the service.
Opening an account, publishing a store, listing a product, connecting a payment account, or buying from a store means you accept these terms. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
Related pages sit alongside this contract: privacy, cookies, acceptable use, refunds, and copyright. Pricing on adfluence.ai is part of the commercial terms for creators.
2. Who is who
Creators open a store, list products, and connect a payment account. You are the seller. Your buyers pay an account in your name. Their contract for the product is with you, not with us.
Buyers visit a store on adfl.to, pay (or claim a free product), and receive a library link for that store. We provide the software that takes the payment on the creator's connected account and delivers what the creator listed. We are not a party to the sale.
We provide the software: a store page, product listing, checkout against the creator's payment account, delivery of a file, a course of pasted lessons, a booking against hours the creator set, a link, or a tip, and a studio to run that store.
3. Accounts
You need an account to publish a store. Sign-in is email and password, a one-time code, or Google if that option is shown. You must be 18 or older to open a creator account. Buyers must be old enough to form a contract where they live — generally 18.
Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on the account. Tell us at support@adfluence.ai if you think someone else is using it.
To change the email on an account, or to ask us to wipe remaining personal data after you close it, write to support@adfluence.ai. You can close the account yourself from Settings → Account. That unpublishes the store and ends the login.
4. Your store, handle and content
You pick a handle. Public stores live at https://adfl.to/handle. Older https://adfl.to/@handle links redirect there. We can refuse, reclaim, or reassign a handle that is abusive, impersonates someone, collides with a trademark we are asked to honour, or is reserved for the product.
You keep the rights in what you upload and publish. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, cache, display, deliver, and make backups of that content so the service can run — including showing your store to visitors and sending buyers what they paid for. The licence ends when the content is deleted from the service, except for copies we must keep for the ledger, a dispute, or the law, and copies a buyer already received.
You warrant that you have the right to sell and to publish what you list, that it is accurate enough not to mislead a buyer, and that it does not break the acceptable use rules. We do not pre-vet every product. We can unpublish a store or a listing that breaks these terms.
5. You are the seller
Adfluence is software, not a marketplace that takes title, not a payment processor, and not a merchant of record. We do not take custody of sale proceeds, set your payout schedule, or issue tax invoices in your place.
You are responsible for the product, fulfilment, support you promise buyers, refunds you agree to, chargebacks on your payment account, and tax in the places you sell — including VAT, GST, sales tax, and any invoice a buyer or a tax authority expects from the seller.
A buyer's payment contract is with you and with the payment provider on the connected account. If something is wrong with a product, the buyer should contact you. You can refund from Sales in Studio. See refunds.
6. Payments
Paid checkout runs on the payment account you connect — Stripe, Razorpay or PayPal, whichever you chose. Card details are entered on the provider's form. We never see a full card number, and we never hold the sale in an Adfluence balance.
Other providers may appear in the product as we add them. They are live for a store only once that store can actually charge through them. We do not promise a rail that is not switched on for you.
The payment provider's own terms apply to charges, payouts, reserves, and disputes. We cannot speed up a payout, un-freeze a provider account, or log into that account for you or for a buyer.
A paid product will not go live until the connected account can charge, and until the store is priced in a currency that account can settle.
7. Our fees and subscriptions
Platform fee on sales
On the free Starter plan we take a platform fee on each sale: 5% of the sale, in every region, with no monthly cap. Outside India the payment provider takes that fee when the buyer pays. In India, Razorpay cannot split a payment, so the fee is billed the following month on Razorpay. On Pro the platform fee is 2% of the sale. On Studio it is 0%.
Pro and Studio
Pro and Studio are monthly (or annual) subscriptions for the software. India is billed in rupees on Razorpay. Everywhere else is billed in US dollars on Stripe. Current prices are on the pricing page. Cancelling schedules the plan to end at the close of the paid period; you keep the paid entitlements until then. Unused days are not refunded as a matter of course. If a charge looks wrong, email support@adfluence.ai.
Starter has no subscription. In India, an unpaid sales-fee bill can pause the storefront after we retry. Failing to pay a Pro or Studio renewal can return the workspace to Starter entitlements, including the sales fee, once the provider says the subscription has ended.
We may change prices for new periods. A change does not silently reprice a period you already paid. The live catalogue in Studio is what we will charge next.
Adfluence Partners
Adfluence Partners is how we pay you a share of our revenue when you send another creator. The share is of our Pro and Studio subscription invoices and of our Starter platform fee — not of that creator's product sales, which never sit with us. Attribution is first click, 90 days, one Partner per referred store. Commission and a one-month Pro overlay for the referred creator unlock after they connect a payment account and publish a live product. The overlay is not a Stripe subscription. Self-referral and the same payout account are blocked. Paid search on our brand names is not allowed. Payouts are held 30 days, paid from our platform Stripe account (invoice credit first, then a transfer to a connected Stripe account), subject to a minimum. We may change rates for future referred stores. Details: /partners.
8. Buyers and the library
Paying, or claiming a free product, gives the buyer a library link for that store. Access can be revoked if the creator refunds the sale, if a dispute is opened, or if we have to take the listing down. We email a delivery link; we do not require the buyer to open a creator account.
The product, the description, and any extra promise on the store page are the creator's. We do not warrant that a file will open on every device, that a course is accurate, or that a booked call will happen — that is between buyer and creator.
9. Refunds, chargebacks and disputes
Refunds of a sale come from the creator's payment account, not from us. A refund from Sales, or a refund the provider reports to us, revokes the library link. A dispute (chargeback) may hide the file until the provider decides; if the creator loses, we record the sale as refunded.
How a platform fee on a later-refunded sale is treated follows the payment provider's rules and our billing records. We are not a bank and we do not reverse a provider decision. The refunds page is the plain version of this section.
10. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for anything illegal, for content we list as prohibited, or to attack the product (scraping that harms the service, opening accounts in bulk to abuse checkout, attempting to break into another store). The acceptable use page is part of these terms. We can suspend or close an account that breaks it, and payment providers can refuse a charge on their own terms.
11. Our intellectual property
The Adfluence name, wordmark, studio, store software, and documentation are ours (or our licensors'). These terms do not sell you the software. You get a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for your store while your account is in good standing.
You may not copy the product, reverse engineer it except where the law says you may, resell access to the studio itself, or use our marks in a way that says we endorse a sale we did not make.
12. Copyright complaints
If you believe a store is using your work without permission, send a notice as described on the copyright page. We can remove the listing or the store.
13. Privacy
How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy. For creator accounts, billing, and the marketing site, we are the controller. For a buyer's name, email, and order on a store, we process that data so the creator can sell — the creator is the seller the buyer dealt with.
14. Suspension and termination
You can close the account at any time from Settings → Account. The store goes offline. Buyers keep access to what they already paid for unless a refund or a legal take-down says otherwise. Your payment account, payout history, and customers stay with the provider you connected.
We can suspend new sales, unpublish a store, or close an account if you break these terms, if a provider requires it, if we have to for the law, or if the service is being abused. We will mail the account email when we reasonably can. We may keep the records the privacy policy says we keep.
15. The service is provided as is
We run production software. It will still break sometimes. We do not warrant that the service is uninterrupted, that a particular payout will land on a date, that a file will remain hosted forever if you delete it, or that a third-party provider (Stripe, Google, an email vendor, a host) will do what their status page hopes.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
16. Liability
We are not liable for the product a creator sells, a creator's tax, a missed call, a file a buyer cannot open, a payout the provider holds, or a dispute the provider decides.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, replacement costs, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.
Our total liability to you arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the software in the 12 months before the claim — platform fees and subscription fees together, not the volume of your sales. If you paid us nothing in that period, our liability is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not let us limit, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that rule applies.
17. Indemnity
If you are a creator, you will defend and indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs that come from what you sell or publish, from a buyer or tax authority, from a chargeback or IP complaint about your store, or from your breaking these terms — except to the extent we caused the claim by breaking these terms ourselves.
18. Changes
We can change these terms. The date at the bottom is when the posted version took effect. If a change is material, we will mail the account email or put a notice in Studio. Using the service after the change means you accept it. If you do not, close the account.
19. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may still seek an injunction or similar relief wherever your store is being used to harm the service or someone else's rights.
If a court strikes one clause, the rest still apply. These terms are the whole agreement for the service. They do not create a partnership, employment, or agency. You may not assign the contract without our consent; we may assign it to a successor of the business.
20. Contact
Email support@adfluence.ai. That is the address for these terms, for privacy requests, and for copyright notices.
