01
UPI belongs on the bio URL
Indian Instagram traffic pays with UPI. A personal UPI ID in DMs does not create an order. A US Stripe form without UPI drops the sale. The bio link has to be a store that presents GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, QR, netbanking, and cards.
Adfluence is a store-in-bio at adfl.to/@yourhandle. Connect Razorpay. Buyers pay your Razorpay account. Adfluence does not hold rupees and is not the merchant of record.
02
Razorpay, not a Payment Link
Razorpay Payment Links and Payment Pages are one bill. A creator catalogue needs products, covers, delivery, and a library. That is the storefront. Checkout methods are Razorpay’s: UPI intent, QR, netbanking, cards.
Connect in Settings → Get paid. Existing Razorpay accounts sign in and approve Adfluence. New accounts open from the same flow. Personal PAN and a savings account are enough to start. GSTIN is not required for that first account.
03
Instagram in-app browser
The store opens inside Instagram. Checkout has to finish there. Files appear on the confirmation page so the buyer is not hunting email inside a webview.
04
Fees
Starter is free. 5% of sales — the same rate as every other country. Pro is monthly with 0% of sales. Razorpay processing is billed by Razorpay. Payouts follow Razorpay (typically T+2 to the linked savings account).
05
Stripe alongside Razorpay
International buyers still use cards and wallets. Connect Stripe for that traffic and Razorpay for India. You are not choosing one forever. PayPal covers additional markets.
