Refunds

If you bought from a store on adfl.to

Your contract for the product is with the creator. If something is wrong — the file, the course, the call, the link — write to them. They can refund from Sales in Studio. The money goes back from their payment account. The library link is revoked when that refund is recorded.

Adfluence is not the merchant of record. We never see your card. We cannot log into the creator's Stripe (or other) account and issue a refund for them. If you cannot reach the creator, email support@adfluence.ai with the store handle and the order reference from your delivery mail. We can pass a message and, if the listing itself breaks our acceptable use rules, take the store down. That is not the same as a refund.

Opening a dispute with your bank or card network is a chargeback against the creator's account. While that is open we may hide the file. If the creator loses, we record the sale as refunded. The payment provider's rules decide the money.

If you sell on Adfluence

Refund a sale from Sales. The buyer loses access. The charge is reversed on the account you connected. A refund you make in the Stripe dashboard is recorded the same way once the provider tells us.

How a platform fee on a later-refunded sale is treated follows the provider's rules and our billing records. We do not hold an Adfluence wallet of your sales, so we cannot “send the fee back from our balance” as if we had taken custody of the sale.

Pro and Studio subscriptions

Those charges are for the software, billed by Stripe to you. Cancelling in Settings → Billing schedules the plan to end at the close of the period you already paid. You keep Pro or Studio until then. Unused days are not refunded as a matter of course. If a charge looks duplicated or wrong, email support@adfluence.ai and we will look at the Stripe invoice.

Starter has no subscription and no card on file with us.

Free products

There is no payment to reverse. The creator can still revoke access. There is nothing for us to refund.
