Acceptable use

Who this binds

These rules are part of the terms of service. They apply to every store on adfl.to and to every account on adfluence.ai.

Not allowed

• Sexual content involving minors, any attempt to sexualise children, or child sexual abuse material. We will report this and cooperate with the authorities.
• Malware, stolen accounts, phishing kits, ransomware, exploit kits, or anything designed to harm a buyer's device, account, or data.
• Counterfeit goods, pirated media, cracked software, or selling access you do not have the right to sell.
• Unlicensed securities, investment schemes, or financial advice that a securities regulator would treat as a regulated offering.
• Weapons, explosives, or instructions whose primary purpose is violent crime.
• Drugs and other controlled substances, or instructions whose primary purpose is to manufacture them.
• Hate, harassment, or content whose purpose is to threaten a person.
• Fraud, impersonation, fake testimonials used to take money, or a store that pretends to be Adfluence, a bank, or another creator.
• Spam: bulk unsolicited promotion that uses our mail, or opening accounts in bulk to game checkout or handles.
• Circumventing a payment provider's rules, or using the service to launder money.

Still your job

Lawful adult content, coaching, digital files, courses, bookings, and tips are allowed if you have the rights, you describe them honestly, and the payment provider will take the charge. Allowed here does not mean Stripe (or any other provider) must process it — their acceptable-use lists can be stricter, and they win on the charge.

What happens

We can unpublish a listing, unpublish a store, freeze new sales, or close the account. We can report illegal content. Payment providers can refuse or reverse a charge on their own terms. Repeat or severe breaks may close the account without a long argument.
