Look at the success page first

After pay, the file or course should be on that screen. Do not close Instagram until you have tapped download once.

Then the email

Search for the creator’s name and for Adfluence. Check spam. The email is the way back to the library.

Then the creator

Include the order reference. support@adfluence.ai can help the creator. We cannot refund from a wallet that is not ours.

Open the delivery email on the same phone. The library link is the backup. If that fails, write the creator with the order reference — they can see the sale.
