Email is a terrible delivery truck inside Instagram
Leo’s ‘how I grade a rainy street’ video has 1.2 million views. The description pointed at Gumroad. On a laptop it worked. On a phone, in Instagram, after they paid, Gumroad mailed a link. Instagram’s in-app browser does not show that inbox. Support was a part-time job.
He did not need a new audience. He needed the file on the page they were already staring at.

Confirmation first, email as backup
The Northern pack is twelve .cube files at £24. After Stripe checkout the zip is on the confirmation page. Email still goes out as a receipt and a library link. The course is unlisted YouTube — Adfluence does not encode video.
He put adfl.to/@leohart in YouTube and Instagram. Same store. Apple Pay on iPhone in the webview.

One video, not a funnel
The March upload did £1,876 in eight days, almost all the LUT pack. The course sells slower and from Stories. He is on Starter, 5%, and has not bothered with Pro because the volume is lumpy.
He still answers lighting questions in comments. He does not answer ‘where is the file’.

- On the confirmation page, immediately. Email is a backup to their library. That is the point of a store-in-bio versus a marketplace that only mails a link.
- Can I sell a course if you do not host video?
- Yes. Embed YouTube, Vimeo, or Loom. Adfluence unlocks the page after payment. It does not encode or store the files.
