After Stripe or Razorpay confirms the payment, the success page lists the files. The buyer downloads without switching apps. That is the path that survives Instagram’s browser.
Email still sends. It is the backup for later, not the mechanism for the first open.

What can be delivered
PDFs, zips, presets, LUTs, templates. Size and type follow what you upload. Courses unlock embeds rather than a zip of MP4s — we do not host video.

Refunds and disputes
If a buyer paid and cannot open the file, they email you (and can email support@adfluence.ai with the order reference). Adfluence does not hold the funds, so refunds run on Stripe or Razorpay. Delivery evidence lives on the order.
