01
Connect your provider
In Settings → Get paid, choose Stripe, Razorpay, or PayPal and complete their OAuth flow. API keys are never requested. The buyer’s statement shows your connected account, not Adfluence.
Stripe: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link — most countries. Razorpay: UPI, QR, netbanking, cards — India (PAN and a savings account are enough to start; GSTIN is not required for that first account). PayPal: markets those two do not cover.
02
Platform fees
Starter: no monthly charge. 5% of each sale. No cap on that percentage. Pro: monthly subscription, 0% of sales, unbranded storefront. Studio adds dedicated support.
Card and UPI processing fees are billed by the provider. Adfluence cannot accelerate payouts or restore a suspended provider account.
03
India
UPI is the default way Indian buyers pay from Instagram. That rail is Razorpay, not Stripe. GPay, PhonePe, and Paytm appear as UPI options on Razorpay checkout. Settlement is T+2 to the savings account on the Razorpay account.
Connect Razorpay in Studio the same way as Stripe. Production charges require Razorpay partner onboarding on our side. The product path, documents, and fee model are the ones described here.
04
If you already have Stripe
Connecting the account you already use is the whole move. Customer records and payout history stay on Stripe. You are not migrating a wallet off another platform. Paid subscribers billed on Stan or Kajabi cannot be walked across without the customer entering details again.
