Only the creator’s payment account can issue a refund. Contact the creator. If that fails, use your card issuer’s dispute process.

Refunds if you are the buyer

Contact the creator to request a refund. See the refunds policy.

Use the address on the store or the receipt. Include the order reference. They refund from Sales; access to the file ends.

Each creator sets practice inside our rules. Read adfluence.ai/legal/refunds. A dispute with the bank is separate from a Studio refund.
