Send a notice

Email support@adfluence.ai with the subject line “Copyright notice”. We will review it. We can unpublish the listing or the store. This is not legal advice, and a complete notice is faster than a screenshot with no URL.

Include all of the following:

• Your name, organisation if any, email, and a phone number we can reach.
• A description of the work you own, and proof you own it or act for the owner.
• The exact URL on adfl.to (the store, and the product path if you have it).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the owner or authorised to act — made under penalty of perjury if you are invoking a US DMCA process.
• Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough).

What we do

If the notice is complete, we may remove or restrict the material and tell the creator. Repeat or obvious infringement can close the account. We may share the notice with the creator so they can respond. We are a software host, not a court; we do not decide every ownership dispute on the merits.

If you are the creator and you believe the material should stay up, reply with a counter-notice: your contact details, the URLs taken down, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the take-down was a mistake or misidentification, and consent to the jurisdiction in section 19 of the terms. We may restore the material after a waiting period unless the complainant seeks a court order.

Misuse

A false notice can be a legal wrong against the creator and against us. Do not use this form to take down a review, a competing store, or a listing you simply dislike. For other abuse, use acceptable use and support@adfluence.ai.
